Carol M Gault's formal art education began at the Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, Ohio. While in art school Ms. Gault won several awards for life drawing and portrait painting.

Currently, Ms Gault is located in Raleigh, NC

During her years of raising a family, she completed her bachelor's degree in artistic fiber design and marketing from the University of New York, Sarasota Springs, NY. From that point, she had several pieces of fiber woven designs in the Cleveland Museum of Art May Show, New York Craftsmen Shows, Kansas Designer Craftsmen show and several exhibits in Northwestern New York. For several years, she owned and operated a travel agency in Raleigh, NC where she learned business skills.

Ms. Gault has returned to her original love of drawing and working with watercolor and ink. She has attended several watercolor workshops in North Carolina to improve her skills. Ms. Gault is a member of the Sertoma Park Artist Association in Raleigh, NC and The Watercolor Society of North Carolina. She has or had paintings on exhibit in Raleigh, NC at the Sertoma Art Gallery, Springmoor Gallery, the North Carolina State Fair and the NC State Olli Office.
